These Terms of Service govern your use of the Booklinq platform, including the operator dashboard, guest booking pages, AI-powered booking assistant, and event ticketing services. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, listing a property or event, or completing a booking through Booklinq, you agree to these Terms.
Booklinq provides hospitality operators and event organisers with infrastructure to accept direct bookings from guests, without depending on third-party OTAs (Online Travel Agencies). This includes:
Booklinq is a technology platform. We are not a travel agency, hotel, or event organiser. The contractual relationship for any stay or event is between the operator and the guest. Booklinq facilitates and processes the transaction.
To register as an operator, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorised to operate the property or event you are listing, and located in a jurisdiction where Booklinq operates.

By connecting your WhatsApp Business number and/or Instagram account to Booklinq via Embedded Signup, you authorise Booklinq to:
You retain full ownership of your WhatsApp number and Instagram account. You can disconnect at any time from your Booklinq dashboard. Booklinq does not use your connected accounts for any purpose beyond booking facilitation.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp and Instagram via Booklinq complies with Meta's Terms of Service and applicable messaging laws.
Access to the Booklinq platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles are as displayed in your operator dashboard. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Booklinq may also charge a per-booking transaction fee as specified in your plan. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active operators.
Guest payments are processed by Razorpay. Operator settlements are made to the bank account provided during onboarding, on the settlement schedule specified in your plan. Booklinq is not liable for delays caused by banking partners, incorrect bank details provided by the operator, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Guests may initiate bookings through an operator's Booklinq booking page or through the AI-powered assistant on the operator's WhatsApp or Instagram. A booking is confirmed upon successful payment.
The AI Assistant is designed to provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and property details based on the data the operator has provided to Booklinq. However, Booklinq does not guarantee the accuracy of all information presented by the AI Assistant. Guests should confirm critical details directly with the operator where necessary.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual operator and displayed on their booking page. Booklinq does not set these policies. Disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should be raised with the operator in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, Booklinq may assist in mediation but is not obligated to issue refunds on the operator's behalf.
For event bookings, Booklinq issues a QR code-based digital ticket upon payment confirmation. Tickets are non-transferable unless the operator's policy states otherwise. Lost or damaged tickets can be reissued by contacting the operator. Booklinq is not responsible for event cancellations or changes made by the operator.
Booklinq's AI Assistant is an automated system that handles guest enquiries and facilitates bookings via WhatsApp and Instagram on behalf of operators. By using the platform, both operators and guests acknowledge and agree that:
Operators can configure the AI Assistant's behaviour, tone, and escalation thresholds from their dashboard. Operators remain responsible for all communications sent via their connected channels.
You may not use Booklinq to:
Booklinq and its underlying technology, brand, and content are the intellectual property of the company operating Booklinq. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform without our express written permission.
Operators retain ownership of their property photos, descriptions, and listing content. By uploading content to Booklinq, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Booklinq's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to Booklinq in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Booklinq is not liable for:
You agree to indemnify and hold Booklinq harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Operators may cancel their subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in behaviour that harms guests, other operators, or the platform. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to operators via email with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
